This manpower

We have large community as man power with us for which no one have any concern as I see it from last almost for four decades..since I was totally unaware about it too as most of us are as on date.We proudly call them para-military force...really like para only and away from reality.We have all resource at our command at the corridors of power but do not want to enter to this corridor to see what actual are the human conditions. Pathetic at most of the places still this man power is doing excellent duty to the nation without any recognition to their physical living and colonial attitude of power.Some times I am forced to think for what they are living rather existing.Some times back I was sharing such sympathies now I look at them as to how far they will bear it.....time may help them if they can be located by some eye from the power corridor.My cheers for their tolerance.........

What are services

I had spent more than 35 yaers in service to the nation which largely effected my youth and later my family (I afraid to talk about my oldaged parents) since I remained away from my parent area almost till I stepped into my old age. Once condemned like old stuff in Govt leadgers I was thrown out though physically fit and mentally alert unlike our guardian,still do not stand any merit ???? reason my blunt and clear reality in replies given from time to time to my so called employer ( I mean Indian Colonial rulers). Therefore out of such attatchment I picked up my cell-phone and start talking to my old colleague .During conversation one important thing emergred was the attitude of those handful own cadre officers who are posted to hold key posts meant to lookafter the interest of own brother officer being at such place but they started considering themselves as psuedo IPS with different expansion of abbrevation to read as Indian Poisonous Syndrome..poisonous only for the brother officers to act against the interest of their own brother officers that is what it is syndrome.I could only quote example of our great Indin Emperor Tipu Sultan who was defeated only due to the ditching of his own Sabha Salars. Our so called Sabha Salars are suffering from above syndorome that is of being posted out from Delhi once they are associated with their own brother officers.When they will raise themselves above their self interest ? though for fulfilling their such ulterior motives they can fall for any damn thing without caring for their post and position and what face they must be showing to their owns.

When we can understand DEVELOPMENT

We are hearing/talking lots about sea-link..connecting Bandra-Worli in Mumbai something bad and very less positive.We talk about our tax money not utilised but considered waste and naming the bridge without caring to know the popularity achieved in bridge technology by our country Even I heard some old couple criticising as it hinders their morning view ( they deserve real pity) as if they have to renew their morning sitting licensed place or as if there is paucity of space nearby. Can there be any end ? I am reminded of story narrated to me by my Mother in my childhood, in which one of the artist made a painting and hangs the same in middle of town with note to tick where they find something wrong .In the evening, artist fainted to see the marking on the painting since the picture he made was hardly visible except the markings. Some of his friend advised him to make the same picture and hang at same place but with note for others to make the corrections where ever they find it wrong .He did the same and kept a brush and paint tray nearby. To his surprise, there was no one who touched the brush and what to talk about corrections.This story we all heard from our parents in our childhood and never hesitated to narrate to our children but never bother to act on such....?? What a pity.......on us ???
When we will be positive for our own country !!!!. I am hearing some charges being fixed for shooting films on bridge (sea-link).I think we may be facinated to see the same which may not be less than the hollywood. I was standing at sea shore and watching the disturbed sea and thinking of sea link and got the idea to say not only three cheers but all the possible cheers of the World who got this idea and for all those who planned and worked for it till completion and still continue on work .The need of hour is to be positive by raising ourselves above all petty selfish causes and not making ourseves as laughing stock. I wish such persons with negative thoughts are not engaged in defending the country else we can visualise the results ????

ARE WE EQUALS ?

6 CPC has created many doubts rather questions.Vaguely first is difference between Govt servants with utter disregard to the status derived from Indian Constitution. 2nd is difference between State and Centre Govt Servants (we should have equal application for all officials).and 3rd is between UPSC recruited and recruited through other selectionboards/institutions/establishments. However main and worse is intra-services partialities. Some one is working in his own cadre still treated below those who come from outside.Major difference is seen from daily printmedia as difference created is now evident that defence services after such harrassment had asked for different Pay Commission and finally GOT it .Next will be revenue then Railways and so on and there will be no end.What it speaks ? The authors of pay commission not yet realised or want to realise the partiality meted out by them to the equal Govt Services.
Defence Forces could get it but what about those depptts who do not have their own parentage . Will the borrowed parentage look after the interests of their subjects or they will continue to secure their own master share with the so called cream servants of (my) country.How CPMF who are fighting daily fight (internal terrorism) for the cause of Country are being ignored ? Are we EQUALS ????
